Dental Consulting 

A one hour virtual session held on Zoom to provide consultation on office operations, team dynamics, production goals and management advice. These sessions are perfect for practices that are in need of advice and support on a sporadic basis.

Investment: $150/session

Our 3 hour in-office session is an opportunity to jumpstart your practice’s growth and set the foundation for long-term success. During this time, we meet with you and your team to identify challenges, gather important data, and provide actionable solutions that are specific to your clinic.

Investment: $500/session

We offer ongoing in-office support to help you strategize, optimize and maximize your clinic’s potential. From a minimum of one visit per month to a maximum of four visits per month, our main focus is on operational structures to help grow and sustain your business.
