How many calls will be made per month?

We focus our time on high quality calls. We dedicate 24 hours of calling per month to your practice. With our team of trained dental administrators we can make an average of 60-80 calls per day. We know that calls secure more appointments than any other contact. We limit the amount of texts going out and focus on personal contacts to secure healthier appointments.

How does my clinic know who has been booked by your team?

We keep track of every call we make in a spreadsheet that your office manager or team lead has access too. We also know that team communication is extremenly important with the adminsitrative team. We make notes, share information and will even call the office if something is a little different than usual. We make our best effort to help your team have a smooth day!

Will you help us fill cancellations?

Yes! We always look forward into the schedule and see where we need to fill first. If there are holes in the schedule we will make sure to fill those first. We know that making and keeping the schedule full is first priority in every practice. We make sure that you are able to build a solid schedule every day we are helping you with calls.

What phone number will you use?

We have the capability of calling out with a specific caller ID for your office! That way your patients see the consistency in branding for your office. When we leave messages we have them call your office so that your front end team can book the appointment.

    Investment: $2500 +gst


    Sometimes owning a practice throws you curve balls. We can help with short term solutions to help you hit those curve balls out of the park. Don’t loose momentum in your practice or loose traction in your periodontal program. We have you covered! This is a month to month billing cycle of $2500+GST per month

  • Long Term Solution

    Investment: $2000 +gst


    We know that consistency is key when building a periodontal program. Contacting patients over a period of time will help build relationships and build retention into your practice. While you focus on the patients in the office, we will focus on the ones that need to come back. Lets work together to build the best patient care possible!

    This is a 3 month subscription. After the 3 months, it moves to a month to month billing cycle at the same low price of $2000+GST / month.
