The “Optimize Dashboard” provides an overview of your production goals and clinic costs. Most cells auto-populate based on data from other tabs, offering a comprehensive snapshot of your practice’s performance.

Use the “New Patients” tab to enter daily totals of new patients seen. This helps you track the accumulation of new patients and identify trends.

Enter data related to services provided, revenue generated, and other production metrics. This tab helps monitor the production performance of your practice.

The “Scheduled Days” tab allows you to enter dates and special notes about the schedule, such as holidays or special events.

Use the Q1 HYG PPH to Q4 HYG PPH tabs to input relevant data for each quarter. This helps track and analyze the performance of your hygienists.

In the Production Tab, enter the hours worked each day into the cell C, providing a running total of hours worked throughout the month.
